The brake light, cruise control, check engine light and traction control light stay lit/ or flash periodically. Now all the instrument lights are flashing really fast. Repeated until it hit 0.

I Tried Pressing The Little Black Button Under The Dash And Nothing Happened.

When the key is turned on and even when key is removed, the low fuel light is constantly on and so are a bunch of warning lights on the top right, not in the same way that the lights come on during normal ignition start procedure. I doubt the car had the subaru factory alarm because i dont see the little red flashing light down below the steering wheel. After putting everything back together and double checking the timing, it will start at first and then go out after 5 seconds and then not start again until waiting 5 or more hours.
