    If you're missing a spell not listed here, it is vendor sold - remember to check Firiona Vie, Overthere, SK vendors in Oggok/Grobb/Paineel, GNM vendors in Ak'anon, General Spell Vendors, Illusion spell vendors in Erudin, etc. - or from a static drop or quest. Your shared bank makes it easy to get vendor-purchased spells with a level 1.  I do sometimes include some commonly requested vendor or static drop spells as a bonus.
