The Talisman can be found in the Abandoned Cave in Caelid, while Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot can be purchased from Patches (provided you didn’t kill him) or, if you did, from the Twin-Maidens after giving them Patches Ball-Bearings. With the Gold-Picked Fowl Foot buff active and the Golden Scarab Talisman equipped, sellers can earn 50% more Runes while farming.

Best Farming Route for Sellers

With these items in hand, there are several Rune farming locations sellers can take advantage of if they want to build up a healthy stockpile of Runes to offer. The best, by far, is Palace Approach Ledge Road in Moghwynn’s Palace. Clustered very close to the Site of Grace is a group of 20 Albinaurics who drop 5,000 runes each. If sellers can kill them quickly, either with an AoE or long-lasting spell, it is easy to earn upwards of 50k Runes in five minutes; if sellers proceed down the hill, there are even more Albinaurics and a complete loop, clearing out every single Albinauric will take around 20 minutes and net 300,000 Runes. Although this will take longer, it’s more economical to simply reset at the Site of Grace and continue farming the initial group of Albinaurics.

With these tips, sellers will be able to farm Elden Ring Runes to offer buyers efficiently. The game is so punishing that there will always be a consistent market for Runes as players will always look for ways to level their characters and blow past difficult bosses.
