Despite the huge success that Riot Games have enjoyed with player skins in their hit MOBA League of Legends, they have decided (so far) not to include character skins in Valorant. With no plans to release Valorant character skins in the future, it's not looking likely that they'll be added to the game but, due to the popularity that goes along with such skins, we wouldn't be surprised to see them at some point down the line. Never say never!

Will skins purchased in the Valorant Beta carry over to the release?

After putting in all the effort to get Valorant skins and other cosmetic items in the beta, players wondered whether these items will carry over to the full version of Valorant when it is released. Perhaps they've invested heavily in Valorant points and are worried that they'll lose their investment once the full game launches. Well, they didn't have to worry. Although any bought skins were not carried over, the points that were spent on them were refunded, and any Valorant points bought were returned so players can spend them in the full version. Not only that, but Riot Games kindly added 20% to the amount of Valorant points that they bought in the beta, as a thank you for supporting them. That meant if they bought 10,000 Valorant points in the Valorant beta, they got refunded 12,000 Valorant points in the full game! Not bad at all, right?

Of course, with the game now fully released, nobody has to wonder and they can buy Valorant skins and points all they want. However, there's still some prestige in showing off skins as soon as the game was released. At any rate, buyers can have fun and enjoy the game with whatever Valorant skin for sale that catches their eye.
